Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and product images to start a request.

Your item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Original tags still attached
  • Free from perfume, stains, makeup, or damage
  • In its original packaging condition

KUMORI may reject returns that do not meet these conditions after quality inspection.

  • We offer a one-time size exchange for eligible products.
  • If the requested size is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value or adjust the price difference.
  • All exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
  • Eligible orders receive a 100% refund.
  • Refund is initiated once the returned item passes our quality inspection.
  • Timeline: within 2–3 working days of inspection approval.
  • Method: UPI / Bank Transfer / Original payment source (where applicable).

COD handling charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please report it within 24 hours with:

  • Parcel unboxing video or images
  • Product images clearly showing the issue
  • Your order details

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance products
  • Customised products
  • Accessories
  • Dupattas sold separately
  • White / light-coloured products
  • Reverse pickup charges depend on your location and courier availability.
  • If pickup isn't available in your area, you'll need to self-ship — we'll share the address.
  • Please use a reliable courier service with tracking when self-shipping.
  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once shipped or marked as dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

International orders are currently not eligible for return, exchange, or refund — except where a wrong or damaged product has been delivered.
