Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Policy Details
Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and product images to start a request.
Your item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Original tags still attached
- Free from perfume, stains, makeup, or damage
- In its original packaging condition
KUMORI may reject returns that do not meet these conditions after quality inspection.
- We offer a one-time size exchange for eligible products.
- If the requested size is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value or adjust the price difference.
- All exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
- Eligible orders receive a 100% refund.
- Refund is initiated once the returned item passes our quality inspection.
- Timeline: within 2–3 working days of inspection approval.
- Method: UPI / Bank Transfer / Original payment source (where applicable).
COD handling charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please report it within 24 hours with:
- Parcel unboxing video or images
- Product images clearly showing the issue
- Your order details
Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance products
- Customised products
- Accessories
- Dupattas sold separately
- White / light-coloured products
- Reverse pickup charges depend on your location and courier availability.
- If pickup isn't available in your area, you'll need to self-ship — we'll share the address.
- Please use a reliable courier service with tracking when self-shipping.
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once shipped or marked as dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
International orders are currently not eligible for return, exchange, or refund — except where a wrong or damaged product has been delivered.
